The Keystone Family Retreat will be held at the beautiful Sheraton Harrisburg-Hershey Hotel located within minutes of the Pennsylvania Turnpike. The Sheraton is very excited to host our event and is offering Traditional Double and Deluxe King rooms at the same rate regardless of occupancy. There is a limited number of rooms at the hotel so please make your reservations as soon as possible since the block of rooms fill up early.

*The Keystone Room Rates are available thru Friday, September 6, 2024. All rooms are non-smoking.

Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm. All guests arriving before check-in will be accommodated as rooms become available. The hotel can check your bags while you wait. Room amenities include a Coffee Maker, Hairdryer, Free High Speed Internet Access, Iron/Ironing Board, In-Room Safe, Television, In-Room Movies, and Radio/Alarm Clock. Additional amenities as well as connecting rooms are available.

Sheraton Parking & Transporation

Ample parking is available at the hotel. Complimentary shuttle service to/from the Harrisburg International Airport is available for a small fee. Please contact the hotel directly to coordinate.

2024 Sheraton Room Reservation Policy

A credit card is required to guarantee all reservations. A deposit of one (1) night room and tax will be charged at the time of reservation. A credit card will be authorized upon check-in, and the final balance will be charged upon check-out. An early departure fee of one (1) night room and tax will apply if an attendee checks out prior to the confirmed checkout date. Guests may not directly transfer their room to another guest.

2024 Sheraton Cancellation Policy

Reservations cancelled after August 15, 2024, the initial deposit of one (1) room night and tax will be considered the non-refundable cancellation fee. In the event that you need to cancel your room reservation, please email us at info@Keystone-Conference.org with your name and confirmation number. We will ensure the cancellation is processed correctly and that your room is given to another attendee. Also, if you cancel after August 15, 2024 and we're able to back fill your room, you will not be assessed the cancellation fee.
