Dr. Lulu is a queer Nigerian-born, pediatrician, mom of a transgender daughter, Former Lt. Col., and Disabled US Air Force Veteran, TEDx Speaker, and certified parent/gender and sexuality life coach advocating for LGBTQ+ children, and their parents at the workplace.
She is the recipient of the 2022 San Antonio LGBT Chamber Youth Advocate of the Year Award, the 2022 San Antonio Business Journal D.E.I award, and was a finalist for the San Antonio NAWBO 2023 “Rising Star” Award.
Dr. Lulu was interviewed in September 2022 by Oprah Winfrey in her “The Life You Want” Masterclass on Service, her mission is youth suicide prevention, with a special focus on LGBTQ+ youth, particularly gender-diverse youth.
She speaks about parenting, anti-racism, and LGBTQ+ issues and is the host of the “Moms for Trans Kids Podcast” available everywhere.
Dr. Lulu is the bestselling author of 7 books including "How to Teach Your Children About Racism”. Dr. Michele Angello
Gender Specialist
Dr. Michele Angello works with gender variant youth and adults. She offers individual, group and family therapy, as well as corporate education and training on a variety of issues of sexuality and has presented internationally on her work with trans-youth and working with children of transitioning parents. She facilitates several monthly support groups for transgender adults, youth and parents. Dr. Angello is often called on to speak as an expert on transgender issues to universities, corporations and the media. She has appeared on Larry King Live, the Tyra Banks Show, and various documentaries. She bases her practice in Paoli, PA.
Rev. Joanne Carroll

Joanne M. Carroll is the Executive Director of Trans Advocacy Pennsylvania; a Commissioner on the Pennsylvania Commission on LGBTQ Affairs; a Past President of TransCentralPA, and is a Past President of Equality PA and is a Life Member of the Disabled American Veterans.
She serves as a Consultant to the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections and is a member of the Governors’ LGBT Working Group, the Millersville University - President’s Commission on Gender and Sexual Diversity, and is a member of the Transgender American Veterans Association and is the Co-Chair of the Keystone Conference, “A Celebration of Gender Diversity”.
Her advocacy and activism has been noteworthy! In 2022 she was honored as one of the 100 most influential LGBTQ leaders in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and was selected again for 2023. Recently the YWCA of Harrisburg named her as a Woman of Excellence for 2023.
She is an active member of the Penn Central Conference, UCC (United Church of Christ) - Open and Affirming Ministry Team, and served Christ Church United Church of Christ in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania, as President of its Consistory.
She is an active member of Lancaster County Embrace, a group providing support to congregations that affirm LGBTQ persons of faith. She is currently a seminary student pursuing a Masters Degree in Divinity.
Dr. Chris Condran
Physical Therapist/Assistant Professor
Dr. Chris Condran, PT, DPT, EdD, DAC, MBA-HCM, MS is an outpatient orthopedic physical therapist and professor with 10 years of academic and clinical experience. Dr. Condran’s educational background includes a BS in Exercise Science (East Stroudsburg University, 2006) MS in Exercise Physiology (West Chester University, 2009) MBA in Business Administration (Widener University, 2015) DPT in Physical Therapy (Widener University, 2013) and is currently enrolled in an EdD in Kinesiology (University of North Carolina Greensboro, 2022). He also holds certificates in Healthcare Management (Widener University, since 2013), as a Certified Exercise Physiologist (American College of Sports Medicine, since 2006) and as a Certified Conditioning Specialist (National Strength Professionals Association, since 2004). He is a recipient of the Joe Conner Alumni Emerging Leader Award from Widener University. Chris is passionate about serving the LGBTQ+ communities and accomplishes this through research ventures and serving on the editorial advisory board of the Annals of LGBTQ Public and Population Health as well as the American Physical Therapy Association Special Interest Group PT Proud’s board as Treasurer.
Amy Keisling

Amy Keisling is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families. She earned a Bachelor's Degree from Dickinson College and received a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania. A certified provider member of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH), the primary focus of her work has been in the provision of gender-affirming care to transgender and gender-diverse people. In 2019, Ms. Keisling left the world of private clinical practice to become the Coordinator for the pediatric and adolescent Gender Health Clinic at Penn State Health, Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, serving the needs of transgender and gender-diverse children, adolescents, young adults, and their families.
Atty. Jason Landau Goodman

Jason Landau Goodman is among the leading LGBTQ civil rights advocates in Pennsylvania. As the founding Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Youth Congress, PA's first and only statewide LGBTQ youth organization, they spearheaded numerous major local and statewide policy wins for LGBTQ Pennsylvanians and helped support hundreds of young leaders across the commonwealth.
A fifth-generation Pennsylvanian, Jason's first campaign was to successfully help enact an LGBTQ nondiscrimination ordinance in his hometown of Lower Merion. Since then, he has been instrumental in advocating for LGBTQ nondiscrimination protections to be adopted in dozens of municipalities, including Gettysburg, Shippensburg, and Huntingdon.
After ten years as Executive Director, Jason continues to support the work of PYC as a member of its Board of Directors. Jason remains involved in the group's efforts to promote public policy for LGBTQ inclusion. Jason has been named a Person of the Year by Philadelphia Gay News and has been on City & State PA's Pride Power 100 since it began. He completed an undergraduate and a master’s degree at the University of Pennsylvania and is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Jason is now an environmental lawyer based in both Lower Merion and Harrisburg.

Sahffi Lynne (they/she), is an international singer/songwriter and Vocal Coach from Maryland. As a Vocal Coach, Sahffi teaches people how to connect with their authentic voice all over the world in their online voice studio, "Vocalize Your Soul." Sahffi's experience as a classically-trained French horn player led them on a journey to discover how their own body works as an instrument. With a degree from the Peabody Conservatory of Music and decades of wonderful voice teachers, a disciplined yoga and meditation practice, and classes in Alexander Technique, Reiki, and body mechanics, Sahffi has learned to love their voice and open a channel through which music can flow.
